• This event is a one (1) day auction only, conducted by the State of Michigan.
• The buyer MUST be present during the auction to place bids.
• No phone-ins, mail-ins or internet bids accepted.
• Payment terms are cash, Visa and MasterCard, cashiers checks and, for governmental entities, "Executed Purchase Orders."
