Forms and Publications

Print, Warehouse & Surplus Services Division - Warehouse Services administers the forms and publications program, which serves all state agencies.  It includes a centralized distribution center in Lansing for receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory management of agency commodities.  For more information regarding the management of agency forms and publications, contact:
