Counsel Conference Summary

The counsel conference summary is a document filed by the petitioner in a property tax matter appeal summarizing the parties' discussions. At a minimum, the summary must include (i) in a property tax matter appeal, "a good faith estimate of the true cash value of the subject property," and (ii) the identity of all discoverable evidence or documents "known to be in the possession of control of the parties." See TTR 250.
