• Michigan Studies A travel and learning experience for teachers. Fee, pre-registration required. July 29 through August 1, 2013, beginning and ending at the Michigan Historical Museum, Lansing.

• A Stitch in Time Part of our Summer Lunchtime Lecture Series! June 26, 2013, at the Michigan Historical Museum, Lansing. Noon to 1 p.m.

• Story Circle Preschoolers enjoy a story, a craft and a tour. Fee; pre-registration required. July 6, 2013, at the Michigan Historical Museum, Lansing. 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.


EXHIBITS

Special Exhibits Special exhibits stay at the museum only a brief time. Find information about our current special exhibit and links to online versions of some of our favorite past special exhibits.
The First People to 1900 Follow the time line of history from Michigan's First Peoples to the end of the 19th century through the Michigan Historical Museum's second-floor permanent exhibits.
Michigan in the Twentieth Century From the horseless carriage to the information age, the Michigan Historical Museum's third-floor permanent exhibits interpret the 20th century.
